Character Reference Letter For Neighbor

To whom it may concern,

I am not involved in the dispute between {Neighbor #1 Name} and {Neighbor #2 Name}. However, I have known {Neighbor #1 Name} for {period of time} and can attest to their character.

During the years we have lived on the same {street/block}, I have always known {Neighbor #1 Name} to be friendly, even-keeled, and reasonable. For {Neighbor #1 Name} to act in any other manner would be extremely shocking to me.
